This home suffered extensive fire damage. During the restoration process the homeowner was able to remodel and reconfigure their home to meet their wants and needs. See the after photo.

This restoration project included some remodeling work. The door way was converted into an arched opening which is now used as a eating bar. The arched opening was designed to match the radius of the opening in the background.

This house had extensive fire and smoke damage throughout the house. The wall framing and handcut rafters were replaced back to the original. The homeowner opted to incorporate some remodeling during the restoration of the house. See the after photo.

This restoration project was completed in a historic neighborhood. The exterior trim was custom made to match the existing trim. Special knives were made to match the trim exactly. The roof structure was hand cut to match the previous roof structure. There was extensive foundation damage. Excavation of the garage was required to install a retaining wall to properly support the structure.
